We were in Long Beach taking our first kite surf lesson when all of a sudden this appeared in the sky.
A great new way to get your message out: take it to the sky. Fly a number of planes in parallel to each other and emit vapor puffs in a dot matrix pattern.
These puffs are regulated by an onboard computer that controls the sequencing of the vapor to form the letters in the sky.
Simple, yet sofisticated!

seen this when I was in NY too. Have pics somewhere. Cool stuff.
